TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following are the terms and conditions for the purchase of products from Kimdon Ltd, trading under the name "giftslikethese.com" and "Gifts Like These":

Gifts Like These accept payment online by VISA, MasterCard and Laser Cards. You can also call us on +353 21 435 4034 and we can process your order over the phone.
VAT is charged at 21% except for Children's clothes and shoes which are liable to 0% VAT.
Goods will only be despatched once payment has been received in full.
All products remain the property of giftslikethese.com until full payment is received
Gifts Like These reserve the right to decline payment by credit card/laser at its sole discretion and may request an alternative method of payment by way of cash, bank draft or otherwise
The price of the items on this website are published on the basis of costs at the time of issue. giftslikethese.com does retain the right to revise our prices at any time.
We have made all reasonable efforts to ensure each photograph accurately reflects the gift being sold. There may be minor differences between the gift's appearance in the photograph and the item delivered due to manufacturing chages beyond our control. There may be some small differences in colour due to the reproduction of the photographs on a computer screen.
If an item is out of stock, the customer will be advised as soon as possible and will have the option of awaiting stock availability or of selecting an alternative gift.

Your order is processed by us the moment it is received.
Prices of individual items typically do not include delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
Post and Packaging (Shipping) is charged by order value. For the republic of Ireland these charges are as follows:
For order value up to €5 shipping charge is €1
For order value >€5 and up to €10 shipping charge is €2.50
For order value >€10 and up to €15 shipping charge is €3.85
For order value>€15 and up to €100 shipping is €5
There is free shipping on orders greater than €100 to the Republic of Ireland & N.I.; €200 to the UK.
Express shipment (courier or Express Post) is €10.

An Post delivery times are typically 1-3 days after order despatch. Courier or Express post guarantee next day delivery 90%+ of the time.
We ship worldwide and most orders are despatched next working day. We aim to have all orders despatched within 2 working days. If we are out of stock of an item we endeavour to contact the customer as soon as possible and notify them of a delay in receipt of their order.

We employ third-party courier services and An Post to deliver your gifts. Although we provide an indication of typical delivery times, specific delivery times or dates cannot be guaranteed.
As some of our gifts require a signature upon receipt, it is advisable to have the order delivered to a place where there will be someone to receive it. Our couriers deliver from Monday to Friday within office hours.

Claims for non-delivery must be made within 20 days.

For orders being shipped outside the Republic of Ireland, giftslikethese.com cannot be held responsible for importation duty charges.

All address information must be accurate, including the postcode where appropriate, and the recipient's telephone number. giftslikethese.com cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if recipient address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect.

Unwanted or unsuitable products may be returned to giftslikethese.com within 7 working days of receipt as long as the goods are not opened and the packaging remains in an ‘as new’ state. Goods must be returned at your own expense with all original tags attached. This excludes personalised items which have been customised to a requested specification and perishable items.

Prior to returning the item we request that you contact us to receive a Returned Material Authorisation (RMA) number to ensure the item is accurately tracked. To receive a RMA email us at info@giftslikethese.com or call +353 (0) 21-435 4034. Goods that were made according to custom specifications or personalised items may not be returned.

If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us within those 7 days and we will organise a replacement or a refund. If you wish to return your item, for whatever reason, please include all original packaging and labelling and send to:
